- Tap on the “Delete My Account” option.

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible and will result in:

- Deletion of all personal data associated with your account from our servers
- Loss of access to any services or data stored under your account
Important Notes
- This feature is available only to users with registered accounts.
- Account deletion is done entirely through the app. There is no need to contact customer support or send an email to request deletion.
- We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except as required by applicable law or regulations.
Photo Uploads for Claims & Support
When submitting photos via our Online Claims Upload Tool, the images and associated order details are processed strictly for the purpose of assessing, verifying, and resolving your order issue or claim.
- Data Retention: Uploaded images are stored temporarily and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of submission.
- Content Guidelines: Please ensure that uploaded photographs focus strictly on the item or damage being reported. Do not include visible faces, personal identification, or unnecessary sensitive personal data in the images.
- Security: All file uploads are transmitted securely and restricted from public indexing or search engine crawling.
Data Retention After Deletion
In compliance with data protection laws, we do not retain your personal data once your account is deleted. However, certain transaction logs or records may be retained for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes as required by law.
